Israeli strikes kill at least 18 people across southern Lebanon

Israeli strikes have killed at least 18 people in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry. The overall death toll from the war between Israel and Hezbollah has surpassed 2,000, with 6,436 others wounded. Two Israeli soldiers were also injured during clashes with Hezbollah. Protests took place in Beirut in support of Hezbollah and against negotiations with Israel.
