Over 500 professionals, like Sophie, property manager, secretly use AI assistants to handle overwhelming workloads, such as drafting responses and verifying legal points. These informal uses, known as « shadow AI », are rapidly growing across sectors because internal tools are considered outdated or inadequate. A survey indicates that 75% of employees worldwide were already using AI at work in 2024, often with their own tools, due to the lag of official solutions.
