Ituri civil society calls for urgent measures to strengthen Ebola response

The Ituri civil society framework warns about insufficient funding, payment delays for health workers, and fund mismanagement in the Ebola response. The joint response plan of USD 510 million was only 35% funded by mid-June 2026. Several health zones lack treatment centers, contact tracing is low (17.4%), and health workers face salary delays.
