Annie N’Guessan Eby will be officially inaugurated as president of the Ivorian Diaspora High Commission in France (HCDIF) on November 28, 2026, during the 16th edition of the Festival of Stars in Paris. Born in Paris, she has a professional background in management, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, with experience at McDonald’s, strategic consulting, and local development projects in Côte d’Ivoire. As head of HCDIF, she aims to unite the Ivorian diaspora in France, advocate for their interests, promote entrepreneurship, and pass on cultural heritage.
