In 2025, Ivory Coast welcomed over 6.7 million visitors, generating more than 1,100 billion FCFA in revenue. These figures were announced by Tourism Minister Siandou Fofana during the World Tourism Day celebration in Songon M’Bratté. The tourism sector contributed 8.7% to GDP and created over 650,000 jobs, with plans to boost competitiveness through digital transformation and the use of digital tools in tourism services.
