Ivory Coast: Achievements of the Sustainable and Inclusive Development Project for Secondary Cities Presented

Participants at the World Bank open days on September 21-22 learned about the progress of the PDDIVS, launched in October 2023 and funded with 185 billion CFA francs by IDA. Led by Deputy Coordinator Dr André N’Guessan, the project aims to improve access to green, climate-resilient infrastructure in eight Ivorian cities, directly benefiting around 900,000 people. It also seeks to strengthen municipal capacities in urban planning and local economic development over six years.
