The Director General of Economy, Sansan Hien, announced that debt service accounts for 58% of the national budget, while the debt ratio has decreased from 59.5% in 2024 to 25% by the end of 2025. Hien also mentioned the diversification of funding sources, including a $400 million operation in 2024 and the mobilization of 50 billion yen in the Japanese market.
