Ivory Coast: FENACCI demands suspension of controls on electronic standardized invoicing

The National Federation of Commerce Actors of Ivory Coast (FENACCI) and Professional Merchant Organizations (OPC) are requesting a postponement of controls related to the Electronic Standardized Invoice (FNE) and the Electronic Receipt (RNE), set to begin on September 1, 2026. They justify this request by citing the ongoing fragility of the commercial sector, worsened by the Russo-Ukrainian conflict and rising fuel prices. FENACCI also emphasizes a lack of awareness and training for merchants regarding these new tax obligations.
