Japan’s Takaichi pledges deeper energy cooperation with Vietnam

Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi met with her Vietnamese counterpart Le Minh Hung in Hanoi, where they signed six agreements covering areas such as infrastructure and agriculture. The two countries agreed to strengthen coordination to ensure stable supplies of critical minerals. Takaichi also emphasized the importance of resolving disputes in the South China Sea through peaceful means based on international law.
