Joyce Tapé: When the Land of Divo Inspires Her Blues and Ecological Fight

Joyce Tapé, Ivorian blues artist living in France for over twenty years, is involved in a sustainable agricultural project in Hermankono-Garo, Divo, where she sponsors an 18-hectare site growing cocoa, rice, and vegetables. Developed by Benkadi Joie-Production, the site also experiments with vanilla cultivation and exotic coffee hybridization, supported by institutional and private partners. She draws inspiration from this experience for her sixth album, titled The Link, which connects agriculture and music, demonstrating how music can raise awareness about sustainable development.
