The absence of Justice Peter Lifu of the Abuja Federal High Court on Friday stalled the scheduled judgement in a suit by the Incorporated Trustees of the National Forum of Former Legislators against INEC and several parties (ADC, Action Alliance, APP, Accord Party, Zenith Labour Party) over alleged constitutional breaches. The judge had earlier dismissed applications for stay of proceedings and joinder from politicians of the Accord Party and ADC. A new judgement date will be communicated.
