Justice: the DRC strengthens its cooperation with the Netherlands and approaches the HCCH

The Democratic Republic of the Congo, through its Minister of State, Guillaume Ngefa Atondoko Andali, has strengthened its judicial cooperation with the Netherlands during his mission in The Hague. Discussions focused on combating transnational crime, negotiating bilateral agreements on extradition, and enhancing the capacities of Congolese judicial institutions. The DRC also aims to develop international cooperation to combat financial crime.
