The Kano State Consumer Protection Council has confiscated counterfeit and substandard goods worth over N300 million in the past three months. The disclosure was made via a statement by the Director of Public Enlightenment, Jamilu Mustapha Yakasai. Executive Secretary Dr Ibrahim Garba Muhammad reaffirmed the council's resolve to sustain the campaign against fake products and prosecute offenders.
