Kano NDC reveals why guber candidate is missing from INEC list, calls for calm

Kano State chapter of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) urged its members to remain calm after its gubernatorial candidate, Aminu Abdussalam-Gwarzo, was omitted from the final list released by INEC. Yusif Fasaha, the party's spokesperson, stated that the omission was due to a computer glitch and that INEC had assured it would be corrected, with a new list including Gwarzo expected by Monday. The published list included 17 gubernatorial candidates and their running mates, with Governor Abba Yusuf listed as APC candidate.
