Motorists and commuters are stranded along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway due to ongoing rehabilitation works on the Kara Bridge, located at the Lagos-Ogun border. This has resulted in heavy traffic congestion, with motorists reportedly spending extended periods on the highway. A motorist named Lekan Oluwole described the situation as a standstill, attributing the gridlock to the bridge reconstruction.
