Katsina govt intensifies rescue operation for abducted ex-Defence spokesman, wife, others

The Katsina State Government has intensified multi-dimensional security operations to secure the release of former Director of Defence Information, Major General Rabe Abubakar (Rtd), his wife, and others abducted alongside them. According to the Commissioner for Information and Culture, Bala Zango, Governor Dikko Radda has directed security agencies to prioritize the safe rescue of the victims. The abduction was a coordinated and targeted operation by organized criminal elements, and authorities are combining technological tools with ground intelligence to track the perpetrators.
