Kebbi court strikes out contempt case against ADC factional chairman

A Magistrate Court in Birnin Kebbi struck out a contempt charge against the factional chairman of the African Democratic Congress, Safiyanu Bala. The state prosecutor informed the court that the matter was already pending before the High Court in Birnin Kebbi, leading the magistrate to dismiss the case. The plaintiff, Abdulrazak Abubakar, had accused Bala of violating a court order and inciting public disobedience.
