Kebbi raises doctors’ retirement age to 65, extends service to 40 years

The Kebbi State Government has approved a new retirement policy for medical and veterinary doctors, raising the retirement age from 60 to 65 years and extending service years from 35 to 40. The policy aims to retain experienced specialists, surgeons, and consultants. It takes retrospective effect from January 1, 2026.
