Kemi Badenoch accuses Andy Burnham of kicking defence spending into the long grass

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch accused Prime Minister Andy Burnham of delaying defence spending, proposing to increase it to 3% of GDP by 2030. She stated that a Conservative government would fund this £10 billion commitment through measures such as reimposing the two-child benefit cap and reforming housing benefits.
