Kenge Crash: Guy Kabombo Reaffirms State Support to Victims' Families

On September 28, Defense Minister Guy Kabombo Muadiamvita visited families of victims of the September 25 plane crash in Kenge, Kwango province. Accompanied by the FARDC high command, he met with relatives of two fallen generals, Lieutenant-General Joseph Mutombo Katalayi and Lieutenant-General Lucien-René Likulia Bakumi, among others. The government assured support for funeral arrangements amid a national mourning period with flags at half-mast across the country.
