The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has begun compensating landowners affected by the Kengeleni-Kwa Kadzengo Road project. Deputy Director Cleophas Makau announced that the government has released Ksh4.3 billion to facilitate this process. Over 1,000 Kenyans are affected by this Ksh10 billion road project, funded by the African Development Bank, with completion expected by August 2027.
