KeNHA, NLC Announces Land Acquisition for Rironi-Mau Summit in Kiambu, Nyandarua, and Nakuru

The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) and the National Land Commission (NLC) announced compulsory land acquisition for the Rironi-Mau Summit road project. According to a Gazette Notice dated August 28, approximately 14.53 hectares of private land will be acquired in Kiambu, Nyandarua, and Nakuru counties for the expansion of the A8 highway. Affected landowners must submit written claims to the NLC before inquiry sessions scheduled from October 13 to October 26.
