Kenya: A French company accused of its working conditions

The French union CGT and two Kenyan civil society organizations have put the Kenyan subsidiary of Teleperformance on notice for violating workers' rights. The company's recruitment methods are criticized, particularly for employing foreigners in irregular situations. Additionally, employees, especially content moderators, are exposed to violent images for over eight hours a day. Legal action could be initiated in France if no mediation is reached within three months.
