Kenya aims to host the African headquarters of the Grammy Awards

Kenya has taken a new step in its project to host the African headquarters of the Recording Academy, which organizes the Grammy Awards. The president of the Recording Academy, Panos A. Panay, met with Kenyan President William Ruto and emphasized the importance of building a sustainable presence for African music. Kenyan artists will participate in a mentorship program in the United States next month.
