Kenya gives hero’s welcome to marathon record-breaker Sabastian Sawe

Marathon record-breaker Sabastian Sawe received a hero’s welcome upon returning to Kenya after posting a record time of 1:59:30 at the London Marathon, becoming the first to finish a marathon in under two hours. At Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, he was greeted by fans and awarded eight million Kenyan shillings by President William Ruto. Sawe expressed gratitude and inspired many supporters to pursue their own dreams.
