Kenya: No New Ebola Cases Reported, According to Ministry of Health

Kenyan health authorities report no new Ebola cases following a death last week. Nearly 300 samples have been analyzed, with 108 of 122 contacts of the initial patient in quarantine and asymptomatic. The deceased, a Kenyan who had lived in the DRC, entered Kenya via Uganda before flying to Nairobi. Kenya is the fourth country outside DRC to record a case related to the ongoing Ebola outbreak, which has resulted in over 8,000 cases and 4,000 deaths since May.
