Kenyan Man Arrested by ICE After Tennessee Tractor-Trailer Crash, Faces Deportation

A Kenyan national, identified as Eric Maloba, was arrested by ICE officers following a tractor-trailer crash in Tennessee. He held a Texas commercial driver's license and was training a commercial driver at the time of the accident. Eric entered the U.S. legally in October 2018 but overstayed his authorized period of admission in April 2019. He is currently in custody pending immigration proceedings to determine his legal status.
