Kenyan marketer claims Sh450m on fallout with South African wine maker

The Kenyan High Court rejected Wow Beverages' attempt to block South African wine maker Namaqua Wines from terminating their five-year distributorship agreement. The court found that the alleged exclusive distributorship was never formalized in writing and declined to order Namaqua Wines to continue supplying wine during the main case. Wow Beverages claims a loss of 450 million shillings over investments and goodwill.
