Kenyans and Ugandans among the global victims of malware attacks through popular movie torrents sites

A sophisticated malware campaign has been uncovered, targeting individual users and organizations worldwide, including in Kenya and Uganda. The malware, disguised as popular films, was distributed through compromised torrent trackers, affecting several sectors such as agriculture and government. Active since at least mid-August, it employs advanced techniques to evade detection and establish remote access to infected devices.
