National Dialogue: BNCFP Party Proposes Abolition of the Senate and Provincial Assemblies

The Bisoïté nationale pour un Congo fort et prospère (BNCFP) party proposed the abolition of the Senate and provincial assemblies during a press conference in Kinshasa.
