Kenya’s tourism momentum presents a boon for aviation

The Kenya National Bureau of Statistics reported an 8.5% year-on-year increase in international visitor arrivals from February to April 2026, totaling 584,825 visitors. European destinations such as Paris, Amsterdam, and London accounted for 37.2% of these arrivals. Additionally, a Central Bank of Kenya survey showed that forward bookings for August through November rose to 56.25%, up from 49.5% last year.
