A 45-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in her field in Ketté. She called for help and was taken to the district hospital. The suspect fled and an investigation has been opened.

Troops raid suspected hideout in Lagos, arrest 24 foreign nationals

Troops of the Nigerian Army's 65 Battalion arrested 24 foreign nationals during a coordinated raid on a suspected hideout in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. The operation, based on credible intelligence, led to the apprehension of 15 males and 9 females from Cameroon, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Burkina Faso, and Guinea-Bissau. Police arrest two suspected kidnappers, cattle rustlers in Yobe

The Yobe State Police Command arrested two suspects, Kollo Kashim and Hussaini Umar, involved in kidnapping and cattle rustling.
