Killer drones: Russia's secret plan to produce 28,000 more devices per year

Russia is planning to increase its production of killer drones with an expansion project at the Alabuga-Volokno factory in Tatarstan, capable of delivering an additional 28,000 drones per year by 2029. This expansion, revealed by documents from Rosatom, comes amid escalating tensions with Ukraine, with reciprocal attacks resulting in numerous casualties. The new facilities will produce 500 tons of aerospace-grade carbon fiber, essential for manufacturing Geran-type drones, derived from the Iranian Shahed model.
