Killings and rapes in the DRC: the Alliance for Change continues its advocacy with Canadian authorities

He expressed the Congolese diaspora's dismay over killings and rapes, calling for support to combat these atrocities. The mayor promised to help amplify the voice of the DRC to Canadian authorities.
