Kinshasa: the citizen movement Notre Avenir and civil society structures launch the « Pleiade of Women for Dialogue and Peace in DRC »

Ahead of the national dialogue on peace, national cohesion, and state rebuilding, women from civil society launched the initiative « Pleiade of Women for Dialogue and Peace in DRC ». Created by the Notre Avenir citizen movement in collaboration with other civil society groups, the initiative aims to promote peace through civic actions supporting dialogue and unity. Me Marie-Louise Efekele stated that this structure will serve as a voice for women in the national dialogue and called for more women and organizations to join the effort.
