KNCDC mobilises Kano traditional rulers against Diphtheria

The Kano State Centre for Disease Control (KNCDC) has engaged traditional rulers to enhance community awareness about diphtheria and promote vaccination acceptance. The Director-General, Prof. Muhammad Adamu-Abbas, emphasized the importance of vaccines and called for increased vaccination coverage. Traditional leaders, represented by the Dankadai of Kano, Dr. Bashir Dankadai, committed to mobilizing their communities to encourage vaccination and early treatment of suspected cases.
