Kogi abduction: ‘Lessons learnt, protocols to be reviewed’ — NYSC

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) announced plans to review its safety protocols following the abduction of 16 Corps Members in Kogi State on August 26. The members were rescued through the combined efforts of the Nigerian Armed Forces, police, and other security agencies. NYSC Director Caroline Embu praised the swift response and commitment of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the safety of the Corps Members.
