Mohammed Tajudeen, the proprietor and principal of Daarulkitab Islamic Training Centre, has rejected claims by the Kogi State government that his school is unregistered. This clarification follows the abduction of 26 individuals, including pupils, by gunmen. Tajudeen stated that the institution is duly registered with relevant authorities and provided documents to support his claim. Currently, seven students and two matrons remain in captivity.
