KRA Extends Service Hours, Introduces Saturday Operations Ahead of June 30 Tax Deadline

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has extended weekday service hours to 7am–7pm from June 17 to 26, and introduced Saturday operations on June 20 and 27 from 9am–1pm to help taxpayers meet the June 30 filing deadline. On the final day, offices will remain open until midnight. The Contact Centre also has extended hours, and a WhatsApp chatbot called Shuru offers 24/7 access to 15 KRA services.
