Kribi Port: an agreement signed for a 50 billion FCFA agro-industrial terminal

The Kribi Autonomous Port (PAK) and the Kribi Oil and Grain Terminal (KOGT S.A.), a consortium of Cameroonian, Swiss, and Turkish companies, signed a memorandum of understanding to build a terminal dedicated to agricultural and agro-industrial products. The total investment is 50 billion FCFA, with 40 billion to be raised from financial partners, and funding planned over 24 months. Construction is expected to start in 2027, with operational launch in 2029, covering 9.2 hectares within the industrial complex of Kribi.
