Kwango: Construction of a new bridge launched over the Kwango River on RN 1 to replace the one built around 1970

Construction work for a new bridge over the Kwango River was launched on September 3 by the Minister of Infrastructure and Public Works. The bridge, measuring 283 meters long and 11 meters wide, will be built by the Chinese company SISC at a cost of 23 million US dollars. It aims to secure traffic on RN 1 and improve mobility and commerce in the Kwango province.
