Labeling: Ivorian shea butter acquires a collective brand 'Sheatrou'

On August 27, 2026, the National Committee for Geographical Indications and Collective Brands adopted the technical documents for the creation of the collective brand 'Sheatrou Shea Butter of Côte d'Ivoire' in Abidjan. This initiative aims to guarantee the origin, craftsmanship, and quality of Ivorian shea butter. CMC President Deli Berthe Azoda emphasized the importance of this brand in valuing national production and enhancing its recognition in international markets.
