Lagos agency ends grace period, begins enforcement of parking permits

The Lagos State Parking Authority (LASPA) has ended its extended grace period for obtaining 2026 parking permits, beginning enforcement of parking regulations across all operational zones. General Manager Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu stated that the enforcement was necessary due to many customers failing to comply despite multiple reminders. She also warned that customers who default on the 2026 Demand Notices would face severe penalties, including substantial fines.
