Lagos Govt debunks report of one functional dialysis machine at Alimosho Hospital

Lagos State Health Commissioner, Professor Akin Abayomi, refuted claims that only one dialysis machine is operational at Alimosho General Hospital. He stated that the Dialysis Centre has eight working machines, with six for general patients and two for those living with HIV or hepatitis. Dialysis treatment starts at 6 AM and can extend to midnight, with around 200 dialysis sessions conducted monthly.
