Lagos housing now landlord’s market; we’ll provide 20,000 homes yearly – ADC

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, and his running mate, Gbadamosi Babatunde, have pledged to provide at least 20,000 affordable housing units annually if elected. They draw inspiration from former governor Lateef Jakande's administration, which delivered 20,000 housing units in four years. However, they acknowledge that even 400,000 units would be insufficient for Lagos's population of over 24 million.
