The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has expressed concern over the rising number of road accidents involving dispatch riders and commercial motorcyclists. During a strategic road safety engagement, officials emphasized the need for responsible riding and adherence to traffic regulations. In 2025, over 862 crash victims were rescued, and more than 16,641 vehicles were impounded for traffic violations.
