LaLiga: I would have left Real Madrid if I were Vinicius Jr, says Mourinho

José Mourinho says that, in Vinicius Junior’s position, he would probably have left Real Madrid last summer for another league where clubs and opposing fans would show him more respect. He believes the Brazilian winger remains because of his love for the club and the city, and his hope that things can improve. Vinicius was strongly linked with Arsenal as his previous contract neared its end, but signed a new deal after talks with Mourinho and club president Florentino Perez.
