Latifa Zahir Cissé: 'Why I Insulted the Police and the Prosecutor in Front of the Police Station'

Latifa Zahir Cissé was arrested after a 16-second video surfaced in which she made insulting remarks towards police officers and the prosecutor. She was located in an apartment near the Saly police station and taken in for questioning. In custody, she admitted to being the author of the video, stating that she was under the influence of alcohol and experiencing hallucinations at the time.
