Launch of Daloa Nouveau Operation: ‘Daloa Must No Longer Be a City of Disorder’

On October 12, 2026, Minister Mamadou Touré launched the 'Daloa Nouveau' project in Daloa to improve living conditions, promote road civility, and combat incivility. He emphasized that the initiative builds on the Épervier operation and aims to transform Daloa into a clean, orderly, and pleasant city where citizens contribute to collective well-being. He urged residents to adopt good practices regarding hygiene, road safety, and environmental preservation, including ending illegal waste dumping and wearing helmets.
