Launch of the digital platform 'JUA 243' to strengthen citizen monitoring of public action

Congolese civil society and the Center for Studies for Social Action (CEPAS) launched the digital platform 'JUA 243' on June 6, 2026 in Kinshasa. The tool allows citizens to inform themselves about public projects and participate by filming, commenting, or criticizing actions. Christian Moleka, a member of the collective, encourages Congolese to download the app available on Play Store and App Store, with the option to create an identified or anonymous account.
